During the London Fashion Week, Bulgari launched the latest edition of the iconic watches line called Serpenti Seduttori. The event lasted two days, and 100 vehicles were involved for the mobility of Bulgari's representatives coming from the different international branches of the Maison.

In the previous weeks, Balsamo's team arranged the people's logistic and integrated with the organization by coordinating booking requests.
No matter from which country they were flying from, every branch had a dedicated Balsamo team that organized their mobility from the departure in their homeland to London and back.
Among all the tasks there were airport transfers planning, red carpet vehicles choice, spaces and timing scheduling: everything that was necessary to grant a wonderful experience throughout the trip, minimize uncertainty and reassure clients and guests.
