Saudi Village 2023
From the 25th to the 29th of September we had the pleasure to be a reliable Mobility Partner for the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia’s staff, in occasion of the National Day of Saudi Arabia and the celebrations for the 90th anniversary of Italian-Saudi diplomatic relations.
For years now, we have been working with Embassies from all over the world, this led us to specialize in Worldwide Services for Government and Diplomacy. This year in particular, we had the opportunity to initiate a sponsorship with the Royal Embassy of Saudi Arabia for the Saudi Village 2023.
The event took place in the magnificent city of Rome at Casina Valadier, at the heart of Villa Borghese, in occasion of the National Day of Saudi Arabia and the celebrations for the 90th anniversary of Italian-Saudi diplomatic relations. From the 25th to the 29th of September we had the pleasure to support the Embassy’s staff, by providing Door-to-Door Services from the hotels to the place of the event, branded vehicles and Balsamo’s Team always on site for any requests. Thanks to our ground transportation support, we had the honor to have a dedicated stand, where we were able to present our company, share our Values and communicate our Vision.
For 5 days we were totally submerged by the Saudi’s culture, art and flavors; we had wonderful encounters, and most importantly, we were a trustworthy Mobility Partner which allowed us to build a stronger Formal Relationship of Friendship with the Embassy of Saudi Arabia. It was an unforgettable experience, thanks to the unique and distinctive terms of hospitality and friendliness of Arabian’s people, and to the beautiful journey through the landscapes and traditions of Saudi Arabia while staying in the city.
